Guided Meditation with Reiki and Sound Therapy
Experience the calming and restorative power of our Guided Meditation with Reiki and Sound Therapy classes, designed to support your journey toward inner peace and self-awareness.

Open to everyone, regardless of background or beliefs, these weekly sessions can be attended as a series or as stand-alone classes, offering flexibility to suit your needs. Each session gently introduces you to meditation, mindfulness, and breathwork practices, with the healing vibrations of sound therapy. You’ll be guided through a deeply relaxing visual meditation, followed by soothing Reiki healing to rebalance your energy and promote emotional well-being.
Our classes are a sanctuary for reflection and renewal, finishing with herbal tea and time to process your experience. Whether you’re looking to de-stress, deepen your mindfulness practice, or reconnect with your inner self, these sessions will leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and uplifted.
Yoga

Whether you want to focus on mobility or relaxation, our weekly yoga classes will help connect your mind, body, and breath. Our sessions are designed for all abilities from beginners or people looking to learn the foundations of yoga.

If you’re curious about yoga but unsure where to start, our beginner-friendly classes are the perfect way to explore this transformative practice without committing to costly courses. Our four-week beginner series is designed for adults and costs just £5 per session, making it an accessible and affordable way to try yoga in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Sound Bath and Breath work
During this group session, we will focus on sound to alter your brainwaves, through the use of different instruments.
The rhythms are said to create the same mental state as meditation but it is much faster and deeper state of consciousness. Sound vibrations help maintain or improve physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health and well-being.

Can also help relieve pain and aid good sleep,relax your nervous system and a clear mind, helping you to be able to have more focus in your day-to-day life. In a sound healing session, we will use instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, percussion, music, Tibetan bowls, harmonics and much more to create sounds or vibrations to calm the body and mind.
Gongs move us from our awake (Beta) state to a more relaxed and calm (Alpha) state, then on to a restful (Theta) state and finally to a deeply relaxing meditative (Delta) state. For upcoming dates or group bookings, please contact us on the enquiry form below.
